'Terrible experience. If I could provide no stars I would do it. It should not be labeled as a luxury hotel there is nothing luxurious about it. Staff were rude and unhelpful. We were denied a late check-out request, which is acceptable it’s not guaranteed. However, the “manger” that was consulted by front desk staff was not even in the office he alleged. As we passed the office and saw no one in the office through the window. Just say we can’t accommodate you and that’s it.

'The hotel was advertised to have a 24 hour desk. Had to make a call and wait for someone to get checked in. The hotel was in need of major maintenance and repairs. It actually should not be open until the remodel was completed. TV didn’t work. No hair dryer. There were missing drawers. Flooring and walls in need of replacement. Burn marks on the bedding and a strong stale cigarette smoke in the air. I went to check out at 9am the next am, scheduled time for the front desk to open, and no one...
