ID and Verification:
To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).

Pet Policy:

2 pets are allowed on the property.
A non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $200 per stay applies.

Sleeping Capacity:

Normal capacity: 6 guests
Up to 10 guests are allowed with an additional fee of $15 per person, per night for the 7th through 10th guests.
Guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person, per night.
Check-In/Check-Out:

Standard Check-In: 3 PM Central
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM Central are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM Central
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.

Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
