Samenvatting:
U kunt binnen 15 minuten naar East Nashville zijn en praktisch alles Nashville (inclusief het centrum - 9. 5 mijl) binnen 20 minuten rijden. (De uitzondering kan spitsuur zijn.) Thuis op bijna 2 1/2 hectare, dus je hebt ruimte om naar buiten te gaan en te genieten.

Als u de locaties in Nashville niet ziet, kom dan naar huis en ontspan op onze veranda of ga zitten bij de vuurplaats op het terras. Het huis is erg huiselijk en comfortabel.

** Als u uw huisdier meeneemt, moet u ons dit van tevoren laten weten. Er zijn kosten aan verbonden. **

Een beetje buiten Nashville, waar stadsleven en plattelandsleven samenkomen. Dicht bij prachtige Fontanel onroerend goed in het historische Whites Creek, met distilleerderij en uitgebreide wandelpaden / hondenpark.

Er is een boomgrens achter u om voldoende privacy te geven. Het is vooral mooi in het voorjaar en met bomen rondom kun je genieten van het wisselen van de bladeren in de herfst.

Naast de bedden staat een Lazy Boy-slaapbank in de kuil en een queen size futon bevindt zich in de woonkamer.

Cute little home 20 minutes from the city
Overall, the stay was great! The host made sure we had everything that we needed. The host did greet us upon arrival and stay’s in the back yard in a little hut that you can see from the back bedroom window. It felt a little strange at first but he was nice and let us know he was around if we needed anything.It would have also been better to have the pet fee in the overall price when we paid originally instead of having to pay 200 the week of our vacation. We did not realize it was not already included when we paid for the overall VRBO cost. Otherwise, great stay!

Best little hillbilly haven
The property was clean, easily accessible and only a short drive from Nashville. We really enjoyed how it was located just far enough away from the bigger city suburbs and yet still close enough it didnt require an entire day to drive anywhere.

Hillbilly Haven is dead accurate
If you're looking for a five star hotel, this ain't it. If you're looking for an incredibly well stocked place to sleep, you get two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washer and a dryer, two living rooms and a camp style fire pit and seating area in the front of the driveway. The driveway fits a few cars and it has a really cute wraparound porch. The downside is is that it's very dated but again if you were expecting a five star hotel of that size for that price, then shame on you.

Cute House In The Country
This property was perfect for two couples. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms gave us extra privacy. Spacious house with two sitting rooms and the kitchen was great. LOVED the veranda - we sat outside every morning with our coffee. BBQ and fire pit was great to have as well. This is only a 20 minute drive to downtown. Only down side is the traffic noise - busy highway so it isn't really quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Great Place, Great Stay outside of Downtown Nashville.
This was a very quaint place to stay during our Nashville visit. It was like stepping into Grandma & Grandpas house. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels and extra bedding/blankets if needed. If staying w/ another couple or extra family each room really gets their own full bathroom and that is great. With the hustle and bustle of Nashville traffic it does take 20 minutes or longer to get downtown and to other places. So if you plan on using Uber or Lyft be prepared for cost it can be anywhere $16 to over $30 per trip depending on time of day, and can fluctuate w/in minutes, we had a rental car but still Uber'd in to town so we could enjoy our day and not have to worry about driving back (we heard Lyft was cheaper but didn't use). Easy to get to from the airport and Grand Ole' Opry and even Belle Meade and hiking locations. The house is located on a busier 2 lane highway so there is a lot of traffic noise and we weren't expecting that. We would definitely stay here again. If you want to be close to downtown/Broadway your entire trip and not have to drive this wouldn't be an ideal place, if you want to be out of Nashville this would be perfect for you. We also had had a nice fire one night and sat outside and played cards, it was very relaxing. Cutest porch, wish when we where there it was warmer in the mornings because I would have loved to just sit on the porch and drink my morning coffee.

Great weekend getaway!
This was the perfect getaway just the right distance from Nashville. We went in to Nashville during the day to see the sights and returned to Hillbilly Haven in the evening to relax. The house was clean and had everything we needed to fix dinners there. It was great!

Family Visit
The property suited our needs perfectly. The place is a little dated but very clean and the AC worked well. There were lots of towels and the W/D was convenient. The place is about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville so a rental car is a must. Definitely recommend!

Don’t let the Hill Billy name fool you
The pictures do not do this property justice. Steven had everything for us. Even makeup wipes and extra tooth brushes. The property is very well taken care of with attention to detail, down to the folded tp. Very neat and organized. A home away from home. I was pleasantly surprised. 100% recommended for families. Prompt response when messaging. Looking forward to staying here again.
