'Goed hotel'

'De rooms are large and very comfortable. The bed was great. The only lesser point was the air conditioner is not very strong and the room was too warm at certain times. Elena from reception was excellent and made our stay so much better. Very helpful and perfect English. The location is perfect, close to the forbidden city and the pedestrian area with all the shops & restaurants '

'I especially liked that the hotel is located very close to the forbidden city. The staff speaks little English which makes it a bit hard to get everything organized. For the rest a very nice and fine hotel.'

'Keurig hotel, met (redelijk) nette kamers en goede ontbijt, lunch en dinervoorziening. Niet meegeboekt ontbijt is overigens prijzig. Het Europees ontbijt (brood) is niet optimaal. In het hotel kun je geld wisselen tegen een goede koers. De temperatuur op de kamer bleek 27 graden, terwijl de buitentemperatuur (oktober) veel lager was. Volgens het personeel was de airco defect. Dit is blijkbaar een chronisch gebrek van het hotel, gezien ook andere reacties. De op verzoek door het hotel beschikbaar...

Wangfujing Pedestrian Street is just one street away, which is a big plus for shopping and dining. Other major sites like the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, the Temple of Heaven, and Shichahai are all reachable within a 30-minute drive. 'The hotel is in a very convenient location whereby it is near a metro station and shopping area, with lots of food options as well. When we checked out, it was drizzling and the receptionist directed the taxi to the hotel and sheltered us with an umbrella to the taxi, exceptional service. One of the dryers does not seem to work well as I had my clothes in the dryers for more than 6 hours and the clothes were still very wet. '
