'We arrived later than expected due to train cancellations and delays. The receptionist very kindly stayed and waited for us (I had emailed them to let them know). The dining room seated and served us even though it was close to the time to close down. The food was delicious! Our room was beautiful and clean. Everything seems newly updated and very nice. The next morning the receptionist helped us understand the bus system so that we could go to take a ride to the Matterhorn. They kept our...

'Leuk, typisch Zwitsers hotel, heel dicht bij het treinstation, hoofdstraat en Gornegrat Bahn. Had een kamer met balkon en mooi uitzicht. Zou dit een volgende keer zeker weer boeken '

'The room was spacious and offered a stunning, direct view of the Matterhorn right from the window. The breakfast was good , and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. However, since my room was located on the first floor, the balcony area felt lacking in privacy. Although the hotel placed some plants to separate the spaces, the balcony is fully connected to the adjacent rooms, meaning guests next door can easily see what you are doing outside.'
