'Mixed feeling about this hotel. Rooms are nice but you have to call and ask for everything (we had to ask for shampoo and shower gel , it was not in the room). The front desk staff were not super friendly on our check in day (they had a back and forth with our friend). Location is good and you can walk to Naxos main town. '

'Our stay at the Hotel Grotta Hotel was excellent. The staff was helpful, pleasant and always in a good mood. The breakfast was plentiful, divers and delicious. Transfer was free and offered a welcome drink while they brought our suitcases to our room. Location is just above port. Highly recommend .'
