'This place had everything we needed and was in a great location. The host was incredibly responsive and we’d stay there again for sure! Neighbors were a bit loud at night but nothing a sound machine can’t block out. '

'Our family of 6 stayed one night in this lovely home. We had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Check-in and check-out was seemless. Beds are comfy, linens are soft. We cooked breakfast and had all cookware and utensils that we needed. needed.'

'We had a great time at the Bamboo house. The home was clean, stocked with some essentials and comfortable. Great location for our visit to UR. James was a wonderful host. I would stay here again. '

'This was a beautiful, historic home; immaculately clean with hotel-like features such as a guest book and welcome basket :). The downside was that much like a hotel, there were no extra linens or blankets. The house is near the corner of a main street in a “transitional” neighborhood, and although we felt safe enough to enjoy the front porch, some of the neighboring lots lacked maintenance.'

'Spacious home with modern touches in a great location. Welcome goodie basket upon arrival. Very dog friendly with a fenced in large back and front yard. Neighborhood is lovely, picturesque and walkable. Enjoyed the fire-pit as well, but there was glare from tall fluorescent street lamps out back that borders Broad Street. Very quiet comfortable stay. Would definitely return! '

'Tina's home was so clean, so well equipped and just super comfortable! My family enjoyed it immensely, cooked a wonderful meals for elderly relatives who we were visiting and loved the screened in porch. Would stay here again in a minute!!!'

'This is such a cosy house! I adore the floor plan, the huge backyard, the front porch! I personally love hearing the far away trains passing by, definitely not an obnoxious sound just peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe! We were able to bake my 4 year olds cake and celebrate his birthday! It's right between richmond and Fort Lee/Fort Gregg-Adams so its a very minimal commute whicever direction. We qould definitely stay here again!'

'Stayed one night with family for wedding in Richmond. Wonderful accommodations. Lovely themes in each room and Carver Historic District so convenient to everything Patio setting an A+ for visiting and relaxing. Would recommend to anyone looking for cozy, clean, and good accommodations in Richmond. '

'We came to watch our daughter run the Richmond Marathon. The location of this property was perfect as we were able to walk to the marathon route. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for seven of us to stay. Having laundry on site amd two full baths was so helpful. Communication with the host was prompt and seemless. Would definitely recommend staying here. '

'We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay...

"I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either."
