'The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. I received messages from Hosteeva requesting additional info, and I was really sure who they were. I had to call and request my final info to gain access into the unit. The staff there made zero attempts to help me, even though I was a weary traveller far from home, in the province. The lady told me that “I” could contact the owner. She wouldn’t do it. 'uns (3 Erwachsene + Kleinkind) gefällt es hier sehr gut! sehr saubere neue Unterkunft, es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht! erwähnen muss ich speziell die hochwertigen Betten, kein billig Schrott mit einer dünnen Schaumstoffmatratze! und ganz wichtig, es ist angenehm ruhig in einer tollen Umgebung in einer grünen Natur von Bananen / Kokosnuss - Bäumen ......also saubere Luft! ebenfalls ganz toller Service was die Betreuung anbelangt, wir fühlen uns wie zu Hause, in der Schweiz! übrigens...

'We liked the place. Whole house, separate rooms. But the water was awful and you can smell it. We did not like the most was the access of the caretaker while the rental is occupied. And isn't the policy of vrbo that the owner/caretaker etc supposedly not in the permises..correct me if im mistaken??..?? The bed was terrible, I'm sorry Hard, uncomfortable. There's a sign by the kitchen by the stove saying clean after use but the stove was dirty to start with. Also, ants everywhere. Bug killer...
