'It’s hard to find the right words about the mixed feelings we had about our stay in this house. Many things where quite good, but the pictures online give a much spacier, lighter and cleener impression. The lighting in the living room and the bedrooms (there weren’t even bedside lamps) was poor and even a bit eery. The pots, pans and glasses in the kitchen where not really clean and the pans should hé replaced as soon as possible.'

'My company was in Las Vegas on a business trip. The property was close to the event and very easy to get to. The house location was very secure and in an ideal neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a central north Las Vegas property. The owner was very easy to contact. '

'Large bungalow on large lot with walled private backyard with pool, waterfall, hot tub, putting green, multiple bedrooms with individual baths, expansive central kitchen, gigantic granite island, large extended dining room area, large family /entertainment area. Well maintained. Good value.Easy in/out. '

'Unbelievable property, as described, and then some. Owner was fantastic throughout the week, with any questions. Everything about this property is first class. Had 8 golfers, two shared a king, otherwise everyone had their own bed, amenities from the new bbq, the hot tub, the heated pool were great. Backyard was great,, cooler nights and the propane gas table, and propane lamp stand were awesome. Kitchen is immaculate, had everything we needed for meals. Bathrooms were all fully stocked,towels...

'Just take student to attend conference, hotel happen to run out of weekends, so we stayed vrbo until monday. Nice stay, with TV and laundry.'

'Place was clean and furnished well with plenty of seating/tables for entertaining or accommodating bigger parties. Seasonings, bottled water, and kitchen supplied well with dishes, pots, and pans. House is not a stand alone but it was still very privately maintained and there were no issues with other tenants. pansOwner was responsive and pleasant. '

'Der Aufenthalt war gut, Das Haus jedoch bedarf einer kompletten Renovierung. Keine einzige Schranktüre in der Küche schliesst richtig. Das ganze Mobiliar ist Uralt und müsste ersetzt werden. Klima Anlage sehr laut. Schade, dass man so ein Haus dermassen verkommen lässt. Kann es auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Preis Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht.'

'This home is situated in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and the kitchen had a full array of appliances and gadgets. The home itself is sparsely decorated but has everything you will need for a stay. When we first arrived I had a problem with the lighting in the two smaller bedrooms. I contacted the owner and his son was at our property within 30 minutes to correct the situation. His son was kind and very professional and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction...

"We booked a stay at CP. Due to unforeseen circumstances, though we stayed there 5 nights, I needed to make 3 different reservations. So as not to move each stay, I contact CP to ensure that during check in, I would be given ONE room and not 3 different ones. During check in that went well, I needed to however pay three seperate deposit amounts. On check however, they ONLY reviewed ONE of my deposit payments and not the rest. I noticed this when I returned to the Netherlands. I immediately sent an email and three follow up emails, only to be told that I should contact Customer service. They provided no tel nr or email of the CS. Wouldnt have been easier to simply FORWARD me email to CS. Its first week of December and still not resolved. What HORRIBLE service!"
