'Robert’s cozy accommodations served as a perfect stay for the Marietta Sternwheeler festival. Quiet property close to town. We would book again if we make it back down to the area. 'Large, comfortable historic home within walking distance of many Marietta treasures and restaurants. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and functional bathrooms made for a delightful stay. Kitchen is small and a bit awkward but workable. We would definitely stay again!'

'The place was centrally located in the heart of Woodsfield. It had all the necessary things you need for cooking and entertainment for kids. The house was in great condition for whatever you wanted to do to just relax and enjoy yourself. I would recommend this place and book it again when I’m in the area '

'Nothing but positives to say! Property was updated, very clean and easy to find. Huge maintained yard and within 5 minute walk to the bridge and an accessible area on the river. Our two kids, both under the age of 8, had a blast. Despite the road being in front of the house, we only saw a few cars and could usually hear them way before you saw them, so no concerns about safety when playing outside. Enjoyed the colorful leaves during the day and the large fire pit at night, where the owner...

'The apartment was very comfortable and clean, exactly what we needed for our short stay. Check in was easy and efficient, however, I could not reach the lockbox (too high). The location was near several fun shops and places to eat. The host was excellent at responding to questions.
