Great uptown cottage!
We enjoyed a great trip to New Orleans just after Mardi Gras. The rental was just as depicted, Very clean, comfortable and all the amenities with very comfortable beds! Street parking is easy, location is ideal to explore the city. In good weather you will love the beautiful yard! We had no issue but older renters should be aware that kitchen is on ground level and living and bedrooms are on second floor. Cindy is a great host- friendly and helpful if needed. We had a great experience and highly recommend this rental!

Our family of 4 and 2 dogs had the best time. Cindy was a very helpful and lovely host! It was very comfortable and clean for all of us and we loved her quaint backyard. We only stayed 7 days and really wished we had stayed 10! I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Place in New Orleans
The property was spotless and very welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location couldn't have been better—just around the corner from Magazine Street, which offered great shopping and dining, and within walking distance to the trolley for easy access to all the best attractions. Cindy was a wonderful host, always attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A lovely time
We had a lovely time at Cindy‘s. We had three little dogs, one year-old baby and the rest of the family and the backyard was perfect for hanging out spending time without having to worry about the dogs getting out. The location is perfect!!! We felt very safe there and you can park right in front of the house. The coffee pot was dirty so we went out for coffee. There’s plenty of towels!! A lovely, sweet Condy lives in the front but we really didn’t see her until we were leaving so she gives you complete privacy. The only scary part was there were steep stairs and no door on it so we had to watch our one year-old nonstop because we didn’t want him to fall down the stairs. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Air Conditioner was very, very cold.

WONDERFUL gem in NOLA!
My friends and I headed to JazzFest for a few days to celebrate my 40th birthday. Cindy's home was lovely and comfortable enough to accommodate all 6 of us well, and the backyard was a particularly delightful space to enjoy coffee and plan the day every morning. The home itself was clean & well stocked with anything and everything we needed. Cindy even made camp chairs and coolers available to us for the festival! If we had any questions, she was a phone call away. The location is excellent--we could walk to Rouses (the local grocery store) and the streetcar easily; also lots of restaurants on Magazine were quick to access and offered delicious food. We felt safe and well cared for the entirety of our stay. I would stay at this property again in half a heartbeat!
