Maison Grace | Luxueus herontwerp met zwembad in de buurt van French Quarter

Maison Grace is een adaptieve hergebruikstransformatie van een halverwege de eeuw magazijn in Faubourg Marigny, New Orleans. Met stijgende daklijnplafonds, zichtbare stalen spanten en wanden van energiezuinig glas, is het ooit 6200 vierkante meter grote commerciële magazijn herbestemd voor groepsreizen, zakelijke retraites, staycations en meer.

Het Marigny ligt vlak naast de Franse wijk net vóór Bywater. Het is een paradijs voor wandelaars en je vindt het meeste wat je nodig hebt binnen een paar blokken.
De ruimte:
De ruimte werd volledig gerenoveerd en voltooid in 2019, waarbij de oorspronkelijke magazijnmaterialen intact bleven. Sonos-luidsprekers voor het streamen van muziek, Nest Thermostats en Keyless Locks geven een modern tintje. 82 inch 4K-tv in de hoofdruimte is perfect voor alles van het kijken van het spel tot het geven van presentaties. De volledig uitgeruste keuken beschikt over een keukeneiland van 10 voet en een bijpassende eettafel, beide gebouwd op het terrein van lokaal gerooide hartpijnbomen. De binnenplaats heeft een kristalhelder zwembad en voldoende ruimte om buiten te vermaken. Het dakterras is geweldig om te ontspannen of aan de slag te gaan. Uit de straat parkeren.

Elke slaapkamer heeft gratis wifi, 40 inch tv met Netflix en HD-antenne voor sommige lokale livekanalen, Memory Foam Mattress en de meeste hebben een bureau of werkruimte.

Een wandeling van 2 blokken brengt je naar de wereldberoemde Frenchman Street, die veel livemuziek en uitgaansgelegenheden biedt, terwijl je je nog steeds voelt als het geheim van een lokale inwoner. 3 Blok lopen naar French Quarter

Excellent Location
This is a beautiful home in an incredibly central location. It was spacious and well decorated. Perfect for medium to large groups. The host was communicative and pleasant. We unfortunately had issues with our flight, but the Craig was helpful to let us stay an extra night. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to visit New Orleans!

INCREDIBLE stay!
The house is even better than the photos, so comfortable, huge, with beautiful touches and landscaping throughout. The host was very communicative and worked hard to get us in early, also we shipped a few items to the house which they left for us on the table, no problem. I can't recommend this place enough, wish we were still there!

Lovely big home. Great for a group!
Looks exactly like the listing. We were three generations of a family totalling 11 people. Everyone had their own space including a choice of several sitting areas. Don’t want to watch football? Go to a different TV room! Plenty of space to hang out all together, in small groups, or alone. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, well stocked with shampoo etc. The location was great for walking and the host was always available and responded quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Maison Grace to my family or friends. You won’t be disappointed!

Reunion in NOLA
One of the best properties we have ever rented! The house is gorgeous and perfect for the distribution of families and adults we had--we loved the modern, industrial, yet rustic feel. The upstairs area was great for the younger folks, and the downstairs area was wonderful for the "older" folks. We loved the open floor plan, and the kitchen has two refrigerators. I would like to note that the outside of the building is quite oridinary, and I'm only mentioning this so people won't misgudge the property if they decide to look it up. Believe me, it is an amazing place! Once you step inside, you'll be blown away. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we have nothing but positive things to say!!

80th Birthday Celebration
Eighteen of us arrived on a Friday afternoon in December, 2023, and departed on Monday morning. Except for self catered continental breakfasts, we ate out for all meals. The Maison is perfect for gathering in large or small groups throughout the building and outside by the pool. All participants were highly positive about all aspects of the Maison and agreed that is was a very comfortable, quiet and well appointed place to stay. We rented two minivans and did not require on street parking because of the two spaces next door. For those who used UBER or LYFT, we never waited more than five minutes for arrival. Our contact, Trevor, was excellent in all respects. All in all, a five star experience!

Great venue for family gathering!
Our group of 13, representing 3 generations, had a wonderful time at the VRBO. We were all able to find bedrooms that suited us. There were suitable spaces for different groups to gather, chat, take a work call, watch TV, work a jigsaw puzzle and play card games. The kitchen was adequate for the chefs in the group to cook a delicious dinner for all of us, and to heat up a Thanksgiving feast supplied by Whole Foods. The two kids in the group loved the pool and the outdoor space, and the adults could easily keep an eye on them while enjoying the indoor spaces. The property manager was very prompt in responding to our few inquiries during our stay.

We rented this location for a work meeting. Each of the 9 work colleagues had his/her own room and bathroom (although please note, not every bedroom has its own bathroom) and there was a nice large common area for meetings. Communication with the owner was great and I can definitely recommend the Maison Grace to others.

Amazing Group Property in NOLA!
This property was a gem! The check in / out process was smooth and the house was beautiful. The location was just as good - a few short blocks from Frenchmen street and plenty of great cafes, restaurants, and bookstores nearby. I had a large group (18 adults) and there was plenty of space (10 Bedrooms / 9.5 Baths) so everyone was very comfortable. The hosts even recommended a chef for my birthday brunch (chef st erik) and everyone raved about the food. I would definitely recommend staying here if you have a large group and I will 100% be back!

We had a wonderful stay in well furnished huge house in walking distance to Bourbon St. kids loved small pool and wonderful back yard. There were 16 of us. Kitchen was well equipped. Highly recommend this house.
