Het zand-dollar chalet huis ligt aan het strand, premium woning met een spectaculair uitzicht op de oceaan van alle belangrijke woonruimtes en van de master bedroom. Deze 3 slaapkamer / 2. 5 bad thuis slaapt 7 zeer comfortabel. De open plattegrond is geweldig met een expansieve woonkamer 50 'voeten in lengte van voren naar achteren en 30' voeten over aan de achterkant muur van ramen, met uitzicht op de oceaan. De opvallende afwezigheid van de binnenmuren wordt aangevuld met originele hart-of-grenen hardhouten vloeren, en de plank hout en balken geschilderd helder wit aan de echtheid van deze originele New Smyrna Beach chalet te voltooien.

De "Coastal Living / Southern Homes" designer thema blijft van de belangrijkste woon / eetkamer in de twee gasten slaapkamers beneden, een met een eigen badkamer. Volg de charmante, bochtige trappenhuis naar boven en je wordt onmiddellijk gefascineerd door de kingsize slaapkamer met hoog plafond, elegant kroonluchter, en wall-to-wall ramen. Vanuit de 2e verdieping master balkon, bijna 40 'voet in lengte, zult u genieten van een adembenemend uitzicht op de oceaan en het zwembad dek onder sunrise. De master bad is net zo indrukwekkend; compleet met een grote spa-bad, extra grote inloopdouche, toilet en bidet, en een complete wasserette. De gehele bovenverdieping master gebied meet een indrukwekkende 34 'x 23' voeten!

Vanaf de begane grond naar beneden, intensivering terug door de glazen schuifdeuren, zult u meteen weet dat je koos voor de beste eigenschap als je lopen over de tropische, IPE 'Braziliaanse houten dek dat de gehele lengte van het huis loopt. Het centrale kenmerk van het dek is een nieuwe zoutwaterzwembad met verwarmde spa. Om de 'uitzicht op de oceaan / prive zwembad dek' ervaring tijdens uw verblijf te voltooien, is er ook een roestvrij stalen BBQ grill en een tafel-top gashaard-pit, omgeven met tal van comfortabele stoelen.

Van overal op dit uitgestrekte dek- bekleed met inheemse, tropische palmbomen en Sea Grapes voor privacy- kunt u genieten van de bezienswaardigheden en geluiden van de Atlantische Oceaan aan de rand van de witte zandstranden net onder het pand. Voor toegang tot het strand gewoon stap uit het zwembad dek op een zand weg door de verzorgde, tropische geplant achtertuin, die leidt naar een kleine zandduin. Daar, aan de rand van het pand, het Best Beach in Central Florida wacht op u!

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay, the private beach access with lifeguard, golf kart, proximity to town and the hot tub were wonderful. The only negatives are the stairs to the second level are narrow and small and the bathrooms downstairs and very small. The property manager was fabulous to deal with and was quick to respond and resolve issues. We would definitely return.

New Smyrna Beach Oceanfront house

The house was nice though slightly limited on bathrooms. The dishwasher was minimal at best with the stairs leading to the second floor a challenge. That being said, the house was nice for being at the beach on the ocean. The focal point of the house was the real nice pool that was more than expected. Also the easy walk to the beach was perfect. The golf cart is a must with its beach pass. Lastly was the wonderful host, Natasja who couldn't have been nicer. We had a couple of small issues that she addresses immediately. All and all, it was a very nice place to stay.

Gorgeous house. Perfect location. Beautiful pool. Beach cozy and comfy for family movie nights and grilling out by the pool and hearing the ocean waves. Proximity to Flagler for our family made this even more Enjoyable.

Loved this property! The property manager was very nice and communicated every step of the process. The home was lovely and having the beach out your back door, who could ask for more. Wonderful family vacation

We chose this property for our family vacation this summer. Great property! The kids loved being oceanfront and also having a private pool! New Smyrna was such a fun town with lots of cool places to eat and shop. We also rented the golf cart and had lots of fun on the beach and in town! The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

First Class All Around

Our second stay was just as wonderful as our first! This is the most perfect beach house for our annual family vacation. Beautifully stocked and seriously only steps to that beach! Summer vacation

This was an amazing property. We had four adults and three children in our party. Photos on Vrbo were very accurate, the house was immaculate. The kitchen was well equipped. We never cooked a meal there although it would’ve been very easy to. The house was very well located within a quarter mile or less of several fantastic restaurants. The swimming pool and hot tub were very clean, easy to use and very warm with a hot tub being hot. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of linens and towels supplied. We look forward to visiting this wonderful property again

Little slice of paradise

My family came from Jackson TN to NSB to visit our family that lives in Edgewater. I know the area well from coming down in the summers as I grew up. The location of this property is perfect! We stepped off the back porch and walked right onto the beach each morning. We enjoyed to pool as an added bonus. Walgreens is less than a five minute walk around the corner. This location is so close to many amazing restaurants on the beach, on Flagler Ave and on the A1A/South Atlantic Ave. The upstairs master sweet is gorgeous, with amazing ocean views!!! We would love to stay in this property again.

We had a lovely time in this sweetly decorated beach home! It felt like we were in a quaint cottage with all the amenities of a spa! We loved the hot tub and pool, the access to the beach and the convenient location! It was warm in the bedroom with the Murphy bed and two cots, but we were grateful for the ceiling and portable fans in each room. Very clean, nice linens, beautiful view, best beach ever with warm water... shallow grade and wonderful birds.

Perfect family getaway!

The property was more beautiful than the pictures, for sure. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. There was even a pack and play in the master walk in closet which would be perfect for a small child to sleep in. The pool was very well maintained, as well as the pool deck. Overall, very lovely!

Perfect Beach Cottage experience

Lovely restored exceptionally clean Beach bungalow!! Quality throughout. Beautiful deck with amazing pool, hot tub and gas fire pit. 1 large TV in living area only. Cute small kitchen with very basic equipment ok for preparing small meals. Found ourselves purchasing a small blender, kitchen sheers, and a lighter for fire pit. Might need to keep in mind the giant beautiful master and laundry upstairs are accessed by very narrow steep steps as may be difficult for some. Parking on slab was tight with 2cars and street is too narrow to park on the roadside. We found we also needed to purchase acrylic drink ware for outdoor use around the pool in place of glass for outdoors. And also need to bring/purchase any pool floats, Beach chairs, beach umbrellas as none on the property (I left 3 of each behind) There were construction crews next door each day except Sunday working on the new home, but they were respectful, pretty quiet, and done by 4pm. I would have appreciated a small binder of directions and information all in one place rather than frames and signs all over the first floor, but these are very minor suggestions and do not subtract from the house. Will definitely return.

Beautiful Beach Home

Our family of six resided at the property from Feb 14th - Feb 21st. All aspects exceeded our expectations. The home is beautiful and well maintained. The salt water pool and hot tub are fabulous. In addition, right past the manicured walkway within just a few feet you are at the beach. Natasja, the property manger, was responsive and addressed any concerns quickly. We had an Amazon delivery scheduled to arrive on our check in day. Natasja brought the package inside for us prior to our arrival. It was a tremendous gesture and we immediately knew we were in great hands. I highly recommend this beautiful home if you plan on vacationing at NSB.
