'The villa was in a great location to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go since most of our trip was focused in the pigeon forge area. It was very clean and neatly decorated. Check in and check out were both a breeze and the owners were awesome to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.'

'We really enjoyed our visit to this property. However, it is difficult to enjoy the hot tub with safety in mind, with the activity of the bears. If anything can be suggested, I would strongly recommend moving the hot tub to the upstairs balcony. Also, we suggest curtains, patio blinds or some form of partition around the hot tub for privacy. '

'Great property! We enjoyed the cleanliness, the indoor water park and the facilities. Our stay was great however please be honest about the length of the timeshare presentation. What was supposed to be 90 minutes turned into 3.5 hours.'

'The property is new and very well planned. The unit has 2 master rooms and en-suite bathrooms, which was perfect for our 2 families. It is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated in modern furnishings. The linens and kitchenware are good, but some extra pates, cups and mixing bowls would be great. The clubhouse and pool are very nice, but we did not use them as we ventured out each day. Highly recommend this beautiful and clean property!'

'The online pictures are exactly what you get once you open the door. The amenities were spectacular. Customer service was top notch. I would definitely recommend this property and have forwarded the information to various family and friends looking for vacation homes. We hated to leave.'
