'This new ans modern hotel/resort feels a bit out if place in an area that has clearly seen better days. It is great though. Very new, nice and comfortable room! Several restsurants that were quite good! We did not use the casinos. On the US side this definitely feels like a top choice to stay compared to the other options that we weve seen! '

'To start with the best, the view!! We had a falls viewing room and to see the falls from you bed, wow! Then the bad: the mattress covers were not clean. After repeated requests (I think 3 or 4 times) room service finally changed the beds. The first 3 times we were told housekeeping had already left and once I never got an answer but was totally ignored. 'I love the location of this hotel, the welcoming feeling when checking in as well as the efficiency and ease of the check-in process. What wasn’t as overwhelming was the condition of the room; it’s starting to show its age. There are cracks in the walls and the tiles in the bathroom are showing the need for some love. The air conditioner looks like it was put behind a hole that was cut in the wall, and the grate to let the air flow through, looks like it hasn’t seen a cloth in many months. I...
