Villa's in Nicaragua

'This self-acclaimed hotel closed a year ago in a totally run-down state. Some four months ago it was bought by a new (US citizen) owner who is trying to rebuild the place. Currently there is one room that looks quite okay, however there is no reception, no personnel apart from a local housekeeper. The problem starts with the entrance. Communication was excellent during and leading up to our stay. I would absolutely stay here again. Once there the vibes were great, really relaxed and amazing setting close to the sea. The accommodation itself is awesome- super high quality, everything has been done to a really high spec. 'We were a big group of 8 people. My family and I had a wonderful stay. The listing was very accurate and communicating with everyone was very easy. The location was excellent as we were literally on the beach. Waking up in the morning to the Ocean view and hearing the waves at night, were AWESOME. I highly recommend this home. '
