'What a great stay at the Burgundy Dream B&B! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! It is in the perfect location being right by the water but still only 10 mins from the airport and 20 mins from downtown! Sam and Kazue are so fun and we appreciated their company… they made it feel like home! Would recommend to anyone travelling to Halifax. '

'The beds were extremely comfortable. I slept for a solid 12 hours. The room and bathroom were both clean and beautiful. The staff were all friendly and the room was quiet. Great stay! '

'Beautiful property! Recent overnight stay to attend a wedding. Appreciated the early checkin to get dressed. Purchased a bottle of wine for later that evening, very reasonably priced. Enjoyed relaxing in the various sitting rooms while admiring the beautiful antique furniture and artwork. A very welcoming space! Very comfy bed. And a delicious full breakfast the next morning prior to checkout. Would highly recommend!'

'Great location, great hospitality, good restaurant, nice pool, friendly personel, no elevator. Only, the (male) receptionist was most probably right, that I did not have rights for free breakfasts, but he brought this in such an unfriendly way, that this has influence on my review. Luckily for him, all his (female) peers, including the restaurant, were much friendlier.'

'The most unique at this place was the view from our room and the view from the yard! Watching the tidal bore right in front of us from the porch was just incredible. Our room had 3 windows facing the Bay of Fundy which was amazing. We left the curtains and windows open at night: seeing the view(the bay and sunset) and hearing the sounds outside(water/birds) were real highlights of our stay.
