'We had such a lovely stay here. Yes, it is a bit pricy but compared to all the terrible hotels in el nido this is really value for money. We had the casita with sea view which was just beautiful. Staff was very kind and helpful! I really dont see hoe people can rate this hotel badly. Loved it!'

'I asked for a late checkout and was initially told it would be no problem as there was nobody booked after us, but alas apparently the manager had a problem with that. I was willing to overlook problems because of the late checkout, but now I will air my grievances. The AC unit upstairs was not working, and there was no phone so I could not report this. It was pouring rain and no umbrellas so I could not go to reception. No TV in room as advertised. WIFI was VERY slow or not working at all....
