'Basic accommodatie maar keurig schoon Prima als uitvalsbasis Ontbijt met koffie, thee en zoetigheden was prettige bijkomstigheid. Hadden we niet op gerekend. Al met al voor deze prijs in SF uitstekende keuze'

Luxe beddengoed, een bureau, een laptopwerkplek, gratis wifi

'It was different but easy to manage having no key just codes to open doors . I stayed for 4 nights and texted and called regards getting some fresh towels and never got them I would have given this proberty a better review but being brushed over by the person who picked up the phone over some towels was not necessarily and the fact there took the towel I left outside my room but never brought fresh one staying for 4 nights I dont think I ask for much. '

'Overall we were pleased with our stay. However breakfast had a limited selection and not enough supplied for the amount of guests. Not enough staff to cope with the volume of guests. And one of our biggest gripes was the use of Single Use plastic cups and cutlery and paper bowls. '

"Fantastisch hotel voor een verblijf met je gezin in San Francisco. Prima locatie in een veilige buurt op loopafstand bezienswaardigheden. Ook bushalte bijna voor de deur. Ook hebben we genoten van het zwembad en prima ruime parkeergarage. We zouden hier zo terugkomen bij een volgend bezoek aan deze fantastische stad"

"Prachtig historisch hotel midden in het centrum, aan de rand van Union Square. We verbleven 1 nacht en dit was heerlijk om even het centrum van San Francisco te verkennen. Het is een oud hotel dus dat merk je aan de accommodatie. Maar goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. "

"Central Location towards San Francisco and Napa Valley was great. Room was good sizewise. I did not enjoy our daily breakfastand was very stressfull asBreakfast was included but hadextra charges for like cappuccino 9 dollar or any item above 19 dollar we had to pay for the entire entree. So we got a bill every time afterbreakfast I"

Fine for a layover, look elsewhere for longer stay

"It’s a dated place with a horrible breakfast. Go here if you need a low cost night before a flight, but I would not recommend a longer stay. The bathroom flooded due to the setup of the shower and you can see a lot of water damage throughout the room. This hotel needs a refurbishment. The breakfast was awful. Single use plastic throughout and the ‘warm’ meals like eggs, bacon and sausage were not warm at all. The people who worked there were lovely, this is not an indictment on them, but rather on the state of the place itself. "
