'The staff were great - always friendly and helpful. However, property feels a little tired. The room was well appointed but aircon and bathroom fan were very noisy. Room was poorly soundproofed so we hear music playing outside until 10pm and people in the hallway. Corridors to rooms also used to store room service supplies etc. The middle building smelt of pot as walked through. Entrance are to hotel looked grubby and unkempt -this is front of house and so first impression guest get.'

'Wonderful place....with a lot of small waterfalls,trees,flowers. Nice resort very clean,kind and friendly staff.Cozy units with beautyful surronding&full equiments.Great shower and bath. The pool great,clean,good temperature.;;perfect after a long day hike. Very handy the washing machine and dryers,very welcome after a long trip. The Italian Restaurant outstanding food.And the waiters with a very big small.Thanks for the birthday firesworks and the very tasty tiramisu. Your car safe in the front...

'Very spacious rooms, but feels a bit outdated in some points. Could use a revamp, especially for the pricepoint. Breakfast options at the Lodge itself aren't really centered on European tourists, so that's something to keep in mind. Parking is widely available and the Lodge itself is very close to the Grand Canyon and shuttle busses that drive you along the South Rim and the village. Staff is friendly and helpful.'

'Hier moet de bezem door. De locatie is geweldig. Het uitzicht kan niet mooier, als je maar aan de buitenkant zit. Bedden zijn prima. Personeel doet zijn best, maar men is zwaar onderbezet. Kranen druppen, geur is muf en trapleuningen zitten los. Niets is onoplosbaar, maar iemand moet die bezem wel oppakken. '
