'Beautiful, clean, friendly staff'

'We stayed at the Hyatt for 3 days and 2 nights and it was a great option. The room was clean, spacious and the hotel had a ton of amenities including two pools and hot tubs, a full gym sauna/spa building, bocce ball, life size chess board and several hangout areas with fire pits. Staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful and offered complimentary shuttle to the airport- we appreciate that! 'Its my first time to visit sfo and staying @ the Palace for New Years made the experience absolutely magical. Felt like “royal”. The staff were amazing and super friendly esp Jelly. The Garden Court for was my favourite spot in the hotel. '

'We stayed in a cottage at Tenaya Lodge for two nights and we liked it. The room is the cottage was spacious and clean. We had access to a sitting area just outside the cottage which was nice. The cottage turned out to be a room in a 3-room cottage. It was still very nice but I actually expected an independent cottage based on my booking. This could be made a bit clearer on the site. 'Super accommodatie midden in San Francisco! Verwarmde zwembad was in de winter ook heel erg lekker (met een 6-jarige) om toch even een plons te kunnen nemen. Kamers was waren prima, badkamer was wat krap maar alles zat er in. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding tijdens ons verblijf was echt top! Zeker een aanrader voor een volgend verblijf. '

'Mooie kamer en heerlijk bed, Alles leek redelijk nieuw. De algemene ruimte met spellentjes ect mag wel wat gezelliger. Wel fijn dat er ook een klein winkeltje aanwezig was waar je de nodige spullen kon kopen. Ligt op een mooie afstand van Yosemite NP. Wij zouden zeker terug gaan.'
