However the pull out couch could stand a new mattress, it was not very comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus, that we throughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend this property to others…'

'Do not rent this place! There are electrical problems! 4 rooms downstairs had no heat and no lights in the bathrooms except a floor lamp that flickered and didn’t reach inside the bathroom! I’m pretty sure floor lamps are hazards in bathrooms. The showers and tips were nasty and stained. One lady flipped her light switch on and sparks flew out and she got shocked. Another lady fell all the way down the stairs which are barely wide enough for a child’s foot. There are nails sticking out of where...

'Quiet and comfortable stay in the mountains. Loved the feel of the house. Was upscale but also rustic. Highly recommend if you desire to be a little more secluded but very comfortable. Recommend picking up groceries in Evergreen if coming from Denver airport as there are not any grocery stores nearby. '

'The chalet (#8) was perfect for our family of four. The location is excellent - 2 miles from downtown, 2 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park - nestled right between the main attractions, the setting is serene and relaxing. Elk wandering right through the property and star gazing from the hot tub after a long day of hiking or shopping was fantastic. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact we had to leave at the end of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!'
