'This property was perfect our annual girls trip. The cabin was very clean, well stocked with nice dishes, appliances, bedding, towels and furniture. However the pull out couch could stand a new mattress, it was not very comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus, that we throughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend this property to others…'

'Close to the park and convenient. Units are older and starting to show their age. Clean but fairly spartan unit. Two person hot tub on deck is tight. Nice to be on the river but just room for two to sit on the deck with the hot tub. Uni is for sale and with showings we were unable to know if we could get in a little early in time for us to react. Host was very responsive. Parking was easy as was finding the unit. '

'The chalet (#8) was perfect for our family of four. The location is excellent - 2 miles from downtown, 2 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park - nestled right between the main attractions, the setting is serene and relaxing. Elk wandering right through the property and star gazing from the hot tub after a long day of hiking or shopping was fantastic. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact we had to leave at the end of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!'

'Stunning views! The home was wonderful for our family. It is well built and insulated from sounds so we all slept great. Just 15 min from downtown Grand Lake where we enjoyed dinners, played on the beach and rented a boat. '
