'Clean house and comfortable beds in a nice location, but the main bathroom is fairly small and the shower/bathtub is pretty basic. Some broken blinds in the bedrooms allowed a distracting amount of light from the security lights next door. Good value for the price.'

'We were a family of 7 visiting for the holidays. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The kids spent hours in the game room which was wonderful for the cold, rainy days. We used the fire pit one night to make smores and that was also a hit. Popcorn and movie night was perfect in the theatre room. We did a lot of cooking and having that huge kitchen and dining table was wonderful. Great location, close to everything we needed or wanted to do. '

'My wife, daughter and I were in town for a volleyball tournament. The check-in and check-out process was easy, communication with the host was wonderful. The main road was semi-busy all night (Saturday night and not the host's fault), the sidewalks were not shoveled and the queen bed in the 2nd bedroom was a little tight, but everything was very clean and we would book again. The apartment is on the second floor and the TV is on the 3rd floor in a very cozy place.'

'We stayed over Christmas week and thoroughly enjoyed the place. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy family while in from out of town. 100x better than any hotel would have been during this time. So much natural light in the house! House was clean and warm, hosts were very inviting. Location could not have been better for our purpose. Overall the stay and the home were wonderful!'

'The house was big enough for 6 couples (12ppl) to stay in comfortably. It was clean, had all the things we needed for a weekend stay. Communication with the property manager was easy. The neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here.'

'Stay &Play is perfect as there was so much for the kids to do and the adults in the group to play with them. I think we created some core memories- the game room in the garage could be better with a space heater but the basement kept them occupied or we may go back in the summer to enjoy all the property has to offer. Kitchen and bedrooms were great except bedroom #4 only has 3 beds but loved loved the sunroom and its heater and watching the snow. Best neighborhood ever and responsive host!'

'While I wasn't expecting much from Cincinnati after years away, I fell in love with this apartment and the downtown area. The apartment exceeded all expectations, offering ample space for my sister and two teens to relax comfortably. It was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and cozy beds, creating a true home away from home. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, it added such a warm, festive touch to our stay.Located conveniently close to everything yet...

'Spacious apartment with lots of toys. Expect the usual things that go with older homes like draftyness, steep stairs. Kitchenette well equipped. Bathroom clean and functional. Comfy large couch. '

'The property looks to be newly renovated and very nice inside. But because of the age of the property, those stairs are super steep. And for a bunch of ladies in their late 50s early 60s it was no joke going up and down them. The only other flaw was the heat disbursement in the house. Again, because it is an old home, the third floor bedrooms got super hot. But again, it is a beautiful home! '

'We enjoyed our stay at this house on the river! We saw the Ark and Creation museum and several restaurants in the area! Thanks for being a great spot to live for a few days!!!!'

'Our group of youth and adults loved staying in the Golden Goose! We had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun weekend. The hosts were communicative, and check-in/check-out instructions were more than reasonable. I bet it would be even lovelier in the spring and summer, to better take advantage of the outdoor space! My only note would be that this is not a great option if people in your group have mobility needs. There are a *lot* of stairs.'

'Overall, the house was great. Had a maintenance issue which was fixed the next day. After the trip, however, we were charged an additional 135. I asked the Host what it was for, and she suspected it was because we had more guests than indicated which was not true.'
