'Well it is a good place but sadly I made reservations for the 15th of February and we actually were there on the 16th and they wouldn’t move the reservation. So we paid for 2 nights and stayed for 1. Oh well you guys made out we lost.'

'Ya le falta algo de mantenimiento, se ven algo antiguas algunas instalaciones. La alberca estaba fuera de funcionamiento, y parte por eso reservamos en este hotel, por la alberca techada. Lo que si estuvo muy bueno es el desayuno bufete, muy bien servido y rico! El staff también muy amable!'

'Only thing the floor tiles were missing in various spots throughout the floors. Otherwise nice place. Great for families! Staff amazing!'

'It had good and bad. The fridge was not plugged in or was there and outlet available. Placed fridge in middle of the room to access power. Adriana (maid) was fabulous, friendly and very professional. She made our stay much better than the over all hotel experience. Breakfast was hit and miss. Three hot items everyday. No fruit enjoyed a couple of days and was less than expected others. Would stay again as there are many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Security is great 24 hours a...
