'This is our fourth stay at this property and it gets better every time. The first time we stayed was 3 years ago, and the lobby had a funky smell, now nice and pleasant. The staff are always friendly. Adan helped us to our room. We had 2 cats and a dog, with plenty of luggage. Super nice guy. Francia was at the desk and was efficient and kind. They also charged a pet fee, but one fee for all 3, not 3 fees. Previous night in Mazatlan they charged 350 per pet. Here it was 400 for 3....

'This property was very clean and the staff was amazing! We had Fonsesco as our waiter for lunch and dinner. Find him in the buffets he will look after you! I used the app to request services for our room (extra pillows and blankets) and they were delivered promptly. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. '
