'I booked through Expedia, I got a crappy room, the couch cusions had holes in them, looked dirty, I wouldn't sit on it. There was no bath tub plug. The ceiling was all damaged from water, not repaired. Had a weird smell to it. The check in person was great!! Very polite.'
