'A couple of changes would have bee good: Nice chair for the bedroom area for dressing and watching TV. I was in the handicap room. The bed was OK and slept OK, but I think you need a new mattress in there and the bed should be higher. However the hotel as a whole was great including a nice breakfast and good coffee. Thanks. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful.'

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. '
