'It’s old and showing its age, but it’s fairly clean. Carpets and sofa pillows were a bit dirty. Mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Mattress in foldout sofa was terrible! They are doing renovations now, so it’ll get better. But overall it was safe, quiet, and there was a nice breakfast spread.'

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. '

'From the moment we arrived the staff went all out to make sure our stay was incredible. The breakfast was amazing, and the room had everything we needed to cook healthy meals at the hotel. The staff in the morning that prepared and served breakfast was head and shoulders above everyone else, and that is already hard to do as every member of the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous, and helpful. 'Lovely spring break getaway it was all we needed and other things like restaurants museums etc were relatively close by! Had a relaxing time hanging at the pool and being outside all day!'
