It is mostly digital access and the step by step instructions were extremely helpful to make a smooth check-in and check-out process. This property was awesome; great location, very secure, convenient parking, great communication with agent, spacious accommodations, very clean and updated. We can't think of anything that needed improvements. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Louisville again.'
