Location and pricing was also great!I just wish they had more elevators, with so many floors elevator waits were a little long. 'Sonder check in experience as a first timer was super easy! Great instructions and no issues entering or exiting the property. Property was in great condition with all the amenities you could need. Only downside was the cigar bar downstairs... you could at certain times of day smell the cigar scent in our room upstairs. Not a huge issue, but if you were sensitive to the smell it would not be ideal.'

Everything was as depicted in the description and communication with management was excellent. Would stay here again.'

'Thank you so much for sharing your penthouse! We had a very relaxing time and hope to come back sometime when it is a little warmer and we can explore the area more! It was an amazing location for sure! There were so many nice touches from the ample number of outlets/places to charge, the plentiful kleenex boxes, the kitchen amenities and even a fan. We felt right at home and literally needed nothing. Thank you so much for making this past week exactly what we needed!'

'Everything was as advertised. Neighbors with dogs barking in the night and car honking/other outside elements can be disruptive if you're a light sleeper. Very quick and fast communication with host even at 2am. Would recommend.'

'Enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a no frills hotel but the location is hard to beat right on the river. Our room had a fantastic view and was clean. We stayed two nights and both days housekeeping came around and refreshed towels and cleaned up. Overall we would come back to the River Hotel.'

"I spent 8 nights there and it felt like home. Very safe feeling and despite the central atrium the room was very quiet thanks to the lay-out of the room. Very friendly staff making tou feel right at home and big breakfast options."

"Nice hotel, very well located. Couple of Restaurants near the hotel. 2 min walk to the Grant Park. Would be wonderful with breakfast options and maybe modernize some rooms. Would recommend to stay here, it is nice and clean hotel."

"The location made that I choose for Hotel Felix River North. Second reason was the price. It was good and functional for my stay. If I had to mention a suggestion to improve, it would be addiing one or more facilities: they offer non! no restaurant, no breakfast, no bar, no spa, no office space. OK, they have a tiny little space which looks like a bar, but nobody serves there (I tried a couple of times!), so that is more a piece of art than an actual bar. For the rest, as mentioned: OK. Public transport was nearby, just around the corner an Irish pub and some restaurants at close distance. I would use this hotel again for my next stay in Chicago."
