'The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The orchid garden is peaceful and sublime. The absolute best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone from check in, Jose and Claudia, to check out was fantastic. Housekeeping was excellent with superb attention to detail, the wait staff were patient and knowledgeable and the beach staff was accommodating and friendly. The night security guard even got cushions for us so we could stargaze in comfort! It was a wonderful visit for me and my elderly parents....

'Plus: Gratis sportschool, goed eten in de restaurants Min: roomservice is gratis, maar kwam bij mij nooit aan. Veel dronken toeristen. Animatieprogramma is in het laagseizoen minimaal (geen Spaanse les, geen watersportactiviteiten)'

'Lifestyle hollidays is een groot complex, waarvan Crown onderdeel van uitmaakt. In tegenstelling tot de aanbieding hadden we buiten onze afdeling nergens toegang. En werden 2 van de 21 restaurants aangewezen ,deze waren niet te belopen en konden deze met het gratis vervoer bereiken. De bars, stranden elders op het "lifestyle" complex mochten we niet in vanwege de verkeerde kleur armbandje. Het "wellnes" gevoel staat hoog in 't vaandel van Lifestyle, maar zit 'm meer in de kleur van de armband en...

'This was our mini honeymoon my husband and I took before we left the Dominican Republic and we had the best time at Natura Cabana! So thankful to the whole team for providing a great experience. We loved the pool, spa, and took advantage of the yoga classes and free breakfast!'

'The resort room needs more upgrades , especially in the bathroom where the toilet, bathtub, mirror and other features look very old. Also not save box locks is working you need to carry with you the important belongings all the time out of the room.'
