'Had a great weekend at Captain's cabin. we immediately started a fire in the fireplace and enjoyed the quiet popping and warmth of the fire all weekend. Tammy's breakfasts are outstanding. Found some fun things to do in town when we finally pealed ourselves from the cabin.'

'The cabin worked perfectly for our family gathering. Our grandson loved the outdoor play places. The kitchen was well supplied and we made a full Thanksgiving feast. Lots of places to play games and visit. The hosts were accommodating and responded promptly to all communications.'

'The house is really nice, very clean very relaxing. Had a couple issues and they were resolved quickly by the owner. Was impressed on how quickly they responded and their concern over the issue. Overall it was a great stay we enjoyed the quiet location the views were great. Plenty of things to do in the area and some really good places to eat as well. Would stay there again anytime.'

'We enjoyed a quiet restful stay at the cabin, a very private setting. We were visited by turkeys, turtles, and deer. Just what we needed to unwind! We were able to access great places to hike and visit Louisville within 20 minutes driving, and just enjoyed driving around the winding roads. Gabriel is a great host, accommodating to our requests and just overall friendly! '

'Nicely renovated and furnished condo. Could use a few amenities as other places provide, ie: a measuring cup for coffee, more than 1 roll of toilet paper and a place to hang your towels. We had the unfortunate luck of arriving during a snowstorm and experienced some issues with the heating but David was responsive to our questions and we understand the problems that come with an older property. '

'This little upstairs apartment was beautiful! Loved the decoration on the walls. Owner had pictures of famous Kentuckians in every room. Parking was great also. Greeter’s ice cream is a ten minute walk away. We love their ice cream! Nice and quite neighborhood '
