'My daughter and I arrive late on Friday, which I had emailed the property to inform them of a late arrival and asked if that would be a problem, no response. The key code that they gave me did not work! After an hour or so, help from other attendees and many messages and phone calls later we finally got into our room! The bathroom was tiny, the sink was just ridiculous, the shower was a nice size but no hot water! The ice box was frozen and had mold growing. Loved the days we spent in Red River....

'It was fine for a couple of nights. There wasn't maid service for either night because it was in the middle of the week and the maid staff is off those days...?'

'The heat was not on during our stay. Electric heaters worked ok, but would expect the central heat as standard—or at least tell us up front at check in. '

'Very convenient booking and checkin, hot water, WiFi, really just needed a place to sleep after snow boarding. Awesome restaurant on first floor but not part of lodge. It would be nice if they offered specials for guests staying at lodge. Parking lot could be maintained better, with fresh layer of gravel and trash pickup. Lodge in need of renovation, but that is expected of a NM wore out ski town.'

'There was no kitchen. We had to remove our own trash. Lots of rules. Place was nice but a little dirty. Great location. Three stories high no elevator.'

'Our stay was not great… the location of the property is phenomenal with a great sunrise view. Unfortunately everything else lacked, the walls are very thin, the electric lock does not lock well, the fire sprinklers are taped over, the refrigerators, both stunk, our towels were not clean. I’m sure there’s more I could list, the unit needed some TLC to make it a good stay. The customer service was also great!'

'It was cheaper then other options. Basic but clean. Paper thin walls make even a quiet conversation in other rooms problematic. Loud TV or party next door will make sleep impossible. Restaurant on property is good. Close to market was nice. '

'The room was clean but it did not have cups for coffee. In fact there wasn't any coffee. A bigger coffee maker would have been nice. And there were no cups in the bathroom or facial tissue. There wasn't an ice machine. This is a no frills place to stay.'

' When we arrived it was hard to determine how to gain access into the property. The building smelled of sewage and the room was 85 degrees. I reached out to the property manager who let us know that the building was centrally controlled and we would just have to sleep with the window and sliding glass door open. On morning one the coffee pot malfunctioned making a mess and we had to buy coffee each morning at the store the rest of the stay. On morning two the TV would only showed the picture in...
