'My wife and I stayed here at the end of January 2025, was a great little place, mostly quiet (at that time of year), nice amenities nearby (indoor pool, hot tub, fireplace in the common area, etc), ice machine was fairly difficult to find (establishment should put up some directions/instructions), but overall it was a peaceful, relaxing weekend for the two of us. 'The house wasn't quite as clean as advertised. (I took photos.) Tracks on the floor, stuff in sink. Needed blankets in living room! Biggest issue is lack of communication. The locks were due to be changed after we checked out. We were not told until we were locked out of the house. After over an hour we were able to get back in, but the whole experience was unnecessarily stressful. If Mark is willing to give us a partial refund, we'd like to stay at the property again. It is beautiful inside and out, very spacious, with room for everyone in the family (including our dog!), yet a very private space from neighbors, and we lacked for nothing. Everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. It was an amazing Christmas visit. '

'Pool is not heated and is pretty cold. Water in the hot tub smells like metal and the water in the showers is not great. The hot tub jets don’t really have any strength to them and isn’t too hot. The house had a musty smell probably due to the high humidity of the pool. Nice layout of the house especially if you have younger kids that you want to put in the adjoining rooms. The pool is very nice once you get over the shock of 75 degree water. The window in the kitchen is great for grandmas...
