'The stay was ok it was the check in that was …awful. The situation could’ve been hadled a millions times better. As the front staff female attendant was very brut to try to understand the situation and explain a solution calmly. Getting pushed aside doesn’t not mean a customer understands and maybe offering options could’ve helped '

'Great hotel with comfortable beds. Coffee and hot water for hot chocolate available in the lobby - staff replenished hot chocolate when we asked but the hot water wasn't hot and coffee was often lukewarm too. Nice daily breakfast available. Parking was difficult because coach buses were taking up many car spots. '

'Changed me rooms immediately when I had an issue and they helped forward my daughter's bday present that was mailed there after I left for the airport. Thank you guys'
