'Close to town! Quiet neighborhood to relax. Family freindly ! Loved it! '

'Pros: Great location, convenient playground behind house, good communication.Cons: Home is in disrepair cosmetically and mechanically - images do not match current appearance. Kids found hair on their bed upon arrival. Living room is sunken and can be a fall hazard - 2 out of 3 locations are marked with yellow caution tape, but we still had a couple of falls - should be aware for older tenants. Not enough towels or pillows or sheets provided to utilize the sleeper sofas. Check-out sheet asks you...

'The home is nice and clean. We did have trouble with the driveway, it is very long and narrow, front resident could park their car a little closer to their door to allow more room for the back visitor to get by. Trees did make it challenging to enter and trash cans were left too far out. We could not get the kitchen lights to come on and Master bedroom fan made a loud noise the whole time it was on. Master bathroom lights were not all on, 2 needed new bulbs and the others flickered quite a bit....

'The place was very clean and comfortable. Beds comfortable. TV great for all the football games. Very safe neighborhood good for walks. Enjoyed gas fire pit in backyard. Host very responsive snd welcoming. Definitely rent it again!'
