'We wanted somewhere different to stay during our vacation to Miami so we picked this boat. We didn't feel the host communicated with us very quickly initially, but he did eventually answer all our questions pre-trip. We got a lengthy legal document to sign the night before arriving, we looked it over and signed it at the last minute. The boat was picked up, but seemed a bit musty - our allergies kicked in right away and stayed a few days afterwards. A few things were a bit aggravating: coffee...

'The boat is adorably renovated and user friendly. Rose is a fantastic host and was a pleasure to encounter. She checked in and made sure our stay was wonderful. The boat is right off Los Olas, within walking distance of most of my destinations. I rarely moved the car. I would be happy to return again.'
