'One of the Fd tone of voice is a bit rude. The building and everything are old and some are rusty. They didn't honor the price showing for extra guest on Expedia. On the first day, the breakfast was delivered to our room. On the second day, I've asked to deliver the breakfast to our room but they declined because room service is only for seniors and pwd.
