'Everything is good except the pool. I expected a heated pool but the water is very cold.'

Er was niemand om een eitje te bakken, fruit minimaal, en de beloofde pancakes (bord 'pancake station' voor de deur) bleken prefab te zijn. De staf is vriendelijk en mw Chai heeft ons uitstekend geholpen bij het zoeken naar een private driver en bij het boeken van het volgende hotel. Echt heel erg professioneel en vriendelijk. '

'Our room was large and clean, however lacked basic facilities one would expect even in a 3 star establishment such as no fridge (room across the hall had one), no USB ports, no iron or hairdrier no hotel director of services. The walls were paper thin and overhearing other guests and hotel staff conversations at all hours was unwelcomed. Two double beds were quite firm but bed bases were essentially a timber box that the mattress sat in meaning that wacking your shin on a corner was easy and...

'We arrived with no hot water and reported it immediately. They fixed the problem right away and resolved the problem that night. We requested a microwave and provided it right away. Pillows are great and mattress felt good. Staff is friendly and excellent service. Plan to stay again to this Hotel in the future. '
