Nice breezes this time of year did not require the use of any AC! The property is very comfortable and has everything you need! 'This is a beautiful home in a gated community. The views are awesome and the house is lovely. Plenty of room for 3 couples to spread out. Could have held more people. You do need a car as it is somewhat remote. Beautiful secluded beach is only a 15 minute walk but everything else is a drive. Be sure to request bottled water and a few food basics before arrival. And if you think you might use the outdoor grill, be sure to ask that it is thoroughly cleaned.Communication with management was easy...

'My family of 4 stayed for 10 days and had a lovely time. The property and view are more spectacular than the listing shows. The location is quiet and conveniently located minutes from Christiansted, beaches and grocery stores. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with essentials plus extras such as beach towels and sunblock. Our only issue was the mattresses in the main cottage which were very uncomfortable. 'Our family spent 9 nights here. The house is located in a convenient & safe area near Christenstead. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the pool. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby, and tourist attractions within a 20 to 30 minute drive. The owner answered our questions timely & she quickly filled our coffee request. The check in & check out process was also easy. We hope to be back soon!!'

'The house was nice and had a great view. The property manager was very helpful with all of our questions. The downstairs apartment area was small but nice. If you are scared of spiders/bugs they seemed to be all over in the apartment. But that isn't something they could control. The house is right wooded area. The upstairs is a nice setup for a bigger group. '
