'Perfect appartment with all facilities you need. Serviced daily and one big clean up and service weekly. Espresso machine with cups, huge kingsize bed, 2 tvs, sofa, desk, huge bathroom, dryer, washer, dishwasher, all included. Also the pool is great, bit cold but perfect on hot days. The bubblebath is hot but has like detergent in it. Gym is fantastic and sauna a great place to relax. The supermarket is just around the corner as is a small shopping mall and the North Sydney train station and...

'Accommodation, location, friendly helpful staff; were all brilliant. But no check in details sent and office was closed when we arrived. I had to borrow a local phone from a fellow guest and phone a emergency number to get someone out to come and let me in. It was just a communication problem, but needs ironing out for future hotels com customers. Otherwise 10/10 place to stay'
