'Perfect location for Acadia and Maine coast sightseeing. Right on the main drag in Blue Hill, with a busy coffee shop on the doorstep, which was great for us. Very quiet at night, however. The house is renovated, but still has historic charm. Clean, comfortable, and roomy for three adults, with direct access across the street to a trail that goes up Blue Hill.'

We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house during our stay, but the sunsets are amazing and it was fun to walk around near the shore during low tide. Between hiking in the Schoodic Peninsula, visiting Bar Harbor, and soaking up the view from Cadillac Mountain, we loved swinging on the porch swing, having coffee on the front porch, and relaxing around the dinner table.
