'Seeing wear and tear on this property. Many years ago it had a multi million dollar restoration and it was beautiful! Now you can see a lot of dings and marks on the dark wood furnishings. Our room was clean and comfortable but maybe needed deep cleaning of the floor tile grout in the bathroom and in the corners. Also curtains didn’t slide well. There were little things that could have used attention. Bar across the street was extremely loud after we went to sleep. The noise woke us up. We went...

'It was a bit outdated, but not tatty. The beds were great, as well as the sheets. Best sleep I have had this holiday. Good location, could easily walk to the restaurants in the area, as well as the River Museum.'

'Property has been recenty upgraded, rooms and common areas are brand new, modern, clean and comfortable. Beds are super comfortable with generous pillows. Staff is super helpfull. No frills comfotable, clean, updated, and decent breakfast.... '

'Flott beliggenhet, midt i byen, med butikker, kafeer og spisesteder rett i nærheten. Gratis parkering bak hotellet. Wi-Fi fungerte ikke så bra, nett kom og gikk. Siden jeg var på jobb, tok dette lang tid og var noe frustrerende. Jeg sa i fra i resepsjonen, og resepsjonisten sa jeg kunne sitte i baren der nettet var bedre. Ikke helt optimalt. Ellers hyggelig bar, god frokost, hyggelig betjening. Decorah er en veldig fin og interessant by å besøke.'

'Friendliest staff! Beautiful cozy Cabin! Loved my jetted bathtub! Terrific view. Quaint town! Close to major city. The Stars were so BRIGHT!!! Cozy fire place kept cabin warm along with central heating cooling and tons of ceiling fans. So Romantic and most of all peaceful 😌 '
