'This motel is in an excellent location if you are visiting Launceston CBD. It is right next door to the beautiful Princess Theatre and close to many cafes and restaurants. We found the staff very courteous and friendly with a shout out to the lovely receptionist Chantelle who in our opinion is a real asset to this great motel. '

'Spacious room and bathroom, nicely clean and seemingly freshly renovated. Unfortunately the "queen size bed" was a double, and just like the bed, the bathroom seemed to be designed for small people. It's astonishing that in this day and age companies still use fixed showerheads at 6” or even less (I'm 6”7, 2 meter). Also, the sink was quite low and small... The provided kettle doesn't even fit under the tap, we had to use the shower to fill it.'

'It was a nicely appointed, very clean and quiet room with very comfortable bed, in fact all so good that we overslept and missed breakfast! Will always stay when the need arrises, keen to see what the new rooms are like and hope there is a lift. '
