'Terrible owner- terrible communication, terrible stay all around. BEWARE of this OWNER- they have a number of suites in the area and they get you to commit then they are not helpful or responsive. SERVICE SUCKS I have asked to speak to a manager everyday and they refuse'

The metro was only 15 minutes from the house which was very convenient. Reina was super helpful and kind to let us leave our belongings in the apartment until our train later on in the day. 'Property is very nice. The check-in and check-out process was a bit daffy, but instructions were easy enough to follow. Good communication, but very reliant on text messaging. Check-out felt awkward - put the bag with the keys on the kitchen counter, take a photo, text it to us then lock the door on your way out. 'Only issue with the unit is the inability to control the temperature. There is no thermostat. The temperature is controlled by the owner. Had to message the owner several time to have her turn up the heat.'
