'The room was fair enough but the phone in the room did not work and there was no refrigerator.That was an issue because I`m diabetic and I need to keep my meds cool.I was able to get a cooler from the store and fill it with ice, that took care of that problem. The TV control did not work but they replaced it after I took it back to the front desk. If you`re looking for a cheap clean room this is a good place to consider. I will not be my first choice next time in Penasco but it did the job this...

'We were met at the house by the wonderful caretaker Karina, she showed us how to use everything thing and gave us her number incase of any problems. The house is terrific, right on the beach with a big patio and plenty of chairs. Loved having morning coffee out there. The rooms were big and comfy. Close to town. In short this house has all you need for a great beach stay '
