'Fantastic property with a very responsive and helpful host! Perfect for our group of longtime middle aged moms/women whose main goal was to have a quiet place to re-connect. There was a hot tub, sauna and gas fire circle to keep the chilly evenings warm. None of us were brave enough to go in the pool in November but several of us enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking RIGHT off the deck connected to the property. The property is surrounded on most sides by water (the VRBO photo doesn't lie!). ...

'The house is nearly perfect. The kitchen is perfect but a few minor additions would make this hard to beat. For instance, there are no dressers in the bedrooms, no robe hooks in the bathrooms, no instructions for the sound system or for the Jukebox in the pool room. These are minor annoyances and wouldn’t prevent us from booking again in the future. '

'Beautiful property. Kitchen was totally stocked with all needed amenities. Only reason I gave it a four is : Need another access path to downstairs as spiral stairs are difficult and no access path to sliding door, steps to jacuzzi either way around pool are tricky, jacuzzi didn’t go past high 90’s, and beds were not real comfortable/supportive. Age may be a factor as I was youngest of group at almost 70. '

'The property did not disappoint. We were a group of 7 and had plenty of room to gather, relax and celebrate. The backyard is beautiful and the location is central to wine tasting and restaurants. We would return. '

'No need to leave this gorgeous property!! I rented this beautiful home for a long weekend summer of 2024. I was home in Marin enjoying a long weekend with my college-aged son and his buddies. They loved all the games, and my friend and I enjoyed the upstairs. The layout is fantastic, the Sonos System perfect, and all the indoor and outdoor activities truly make the place PERFECT if you are gathering a group and hope to keep folks close. The kitchen is spacious and functional. My only critique is...

'We had the best stay in Kenwood—everything about the house was great for our family vacation. We loved having access to the pool and back patio, and the home was comfortable and well-appointed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!'

'My friends and I loved this beautiful home! The outdoor areas were great. We barbecued in the outdoor kitchen and made pizzas twice in the out door pizza oven. The few issues we had during our visit were addressed very quickly by the owner and management team. We are all already talking about coming back next year!'
