'Lovely little B&B near a large park. Many different restaurants, pubs and cafés within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The owner was very quick to answer all questions and assist us with any needs. You can have a breakfast of cereal with coffee or tea, but there is also a café very close that provides a full breakfast at a reduced price, and great Guatemalan coffee. The room and bathroom was spotless with everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when in Montreal.'

'I booked the Hotel at the last possible moment. This is a hotel suited for students. The hotel is basic clean and cheap on a good location. 20min walk form both old Montreal and downtown. However there is no air conditioning, no TV, no Breakfast. The temperature in the hotel was to high (august) and the ventilation poor. The bed was crap, more like a plastic box. 'We left immediately. 1) the owner would not let us see the room unless we registered. This is when we found out that: 2) our "Executive Room" did not have a bathroom: the bathroom is shared (the room description included "bathroom or shower", not mentioning it was shared). 3) the main floor is a complete mess; there is no place to sit for all the junk piled up everywhere.
