'Great location, away from the busiest areas of the island so it’s peaceful. House was super clean and had all the room we could hope for with a family of four and our little dogs! Would definitely stay again!'

Loved all the chairs on covered porch. The only request would be to please replace the large rug in the primary BR downstairs - this is a pet friendly property & it has seen better days. 'It’s hard to see from the pictures, but the walk to the sand dunes is approximately 25 yards. As soon as you are on the other side of the dune, you're on a beautiful beach. So it would take five minutes to get back to the house to grab more cold drinks or food for the kids. House must’ve been completely renovated within the last year or two. All of the appliances work perfectly. The washer and dryer are full sized and worked really well. The first morning everyone was waking up and complementing...

'We enjoyed our stay, and the house was great! The door lock on the first day was our biggest challenge. It didn’t want to unlock, but we figured out what it wanted. It wants to be pulled toward you once the code is entered. After that it was smooth sailing. We had to contact the host but the reply and correction was done quickly. The area, people and places, were great. Two grocery stores within a 5 minute drive and some very good seafood restaurants. The bbq grill was great, we used it...

'This house was everything and more for our first time in OKI, the kids had a great time. This home was very spacious, and had everything we needed. If I had to make any comment it would be, I think a fire pit would be a lovely update to the home For the “late in the year” vacations and a cutting board to cut meats on after grilling! . Location to the beach is perfect! Thank you for letting us enjoy your house! '

'The location is perfect! The amenities were good. The house was lacking. Be prepared to bring all paper goods, soaps, sponges, extra towels and trash bags. The beds were extra comfy and the house was roomy! The home is in slight disrepair (decking is warped and rotted, stairs are missing treads) the pool area needs some upkeep. The fridge leaks water and has rotted the wood floors. Dishwasher is falling apart. Most exterior door knobs are hard to operate. Tv in bedrooms are difficult to operate....

'This place was perfect for my husband and I, we are in our mid 60s and enjoyed the stay, sitting on the deck , watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee, or the sunset with a hot cocoa + something.....we used the second bedroom for our clothes, because the rooms are a little small, but we do that most of the time anyway....so no big deal for us....i just think it could be cleaner, it needs a long deep clean, like light switches, light hardware, inside the oven and id recommend to get some new...
