'Our stay at this Oak Island, North Carolina beach house was nothing short of fantastic. The property offered breathtaking ocean views, with both sunrise and sunset creating stunning backdrops each day. 'It is right on the beach. It was chilly for North Carolina but I really enjoyed my time there. I did not have any problems with the unit and it was very clean. Hope to come back next year '

'Although the house was small, it was just right for the two of us. It was super clean, nicely decorated with modern furniture and finishes, and most importantly, close to the beach. Our only complaints are that the beds were full-size instead of queen or king, and the furnace/air conditioning was a little loud in the bedroom. We had an issue connecting to the WiFi at first, and although we figured it out on our own, the rental agency and owner were very responsive when we first reported it and...

'This is a duplex which I somehow missed when booking, but thankfully it was very peaceful as we had no neighbors. The house was charming, a perfect location and a wonderful view. I would definitely stay here again '

'Stunning views and beautiful sunsets. The property is perfectly situated with direct beach access and a short walk to restaurants. The house is older and shows it, but was overall decently clean. The beds and couches are dated and could use updating '

'Great house with everything you need for a great trip. The view is excellent. Everything you need is within a couple of miles. Restaurant and pier right across the the street. Once you settle in, you really don’t have to get back in the car for the rest of your trip. Unless you just want to. And it’s pet friendly. A from me'

'Great location right near the pier and on the beach! Communication with the owner was prompt and kind. Checking in / out through a local rental agency was do-able. Remember, its a beach rental, linens were dropped in a bag via a cleaning service but everything worked out well. Comfortable enough place, certainly great value for the cost, we'd go back!Bring toilet paper, there was ZERO TP when we arrived '

'Loved the location of this house and the decor was also really nice. You're just steps away from the ocean. The house had everything you could need to cook. The multicade vintage video game was so fun. We visited in the off-season and it was so incredibly peaceful! Exactly what we were looking for in our trip. Also, when a snow storm was forecast for the island, the host graciously allowed us to reschedule our trip by one week. We came home wonderfully rested and relaxed. We hope to visit again...
