'This guest cottage is roomy and beautiful. The location could not have been much nicer - the beaches are easily accessible, you are right on the PCH and can easily travel the length of the Malibu community in 15 or 20 minutes, and a grocery store and restaurants are nearby. There is plenty of comfortable furniture, and the use of the private hot tub and pool on the premise was greatly appreciated. The garden/landscaping is fantastic. We saw many hummingbirds each day. Definitely a great value.'

'The house is an absolute beauty in an incredible location that our group of 8 had no issues accessing - about 10 -15 minutes up beautiful winding roads similar to those in national parks and tucked away just enough so it feels like just you and the views. Similar to other reviews we had seen prior, the only issues lay in the state of some parts of the house. We were warned that we should notify the hosts of anything broken or damaged upon checkin which we did as what we thought initially there...

'We took the kids to California for our summer trip and spent the last three days of our vacation at this beautiful property. Great home with amazing views and fun stuff for the kids to do (putting greens, hot tub, PS5, etc.). Up in the mountains, but close to the beach…pretty cool.'

'A beautiful house in a fantastic location within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops. The house is perfect for large groups. Only criticism is that the outdoor furniture needs replacing and the first floor bedroom needs curtains or blinds on the patio door. Apart from that no complaints, only complements.'
