'The only thing that let it down was the fact we waited for over 20 minutes for the lift, to get down, one morning!'

'The staff was very helpful and friendly. Liked the multiple dining options available. Adults only area was nice, we spent most of our time here. Room was simple, bathtub was a bit in the way. Bathroom garage placement was weird. Outdoor patio furniture was nice, and the ability to walk around by the beach just off your patio was easy and a nice option. The lobby and restaurant are stunning, but the rooms are definitely out-dated and not worth 4,5 stars. The furniture is extremely old and some have locks, which is weird since I'd like to use the furniture in my room? The bathroom was also very old and out-dated.
