'Alfonso took great care of us during our two days in West Kelowna. We pre-ordered our breakfast and it was served to our table at the time we requested. He provided us with helpful tips with respect to wine tours and local sites to see. Our room and bed linen were clean, as was the ample washroom. We quite enjoyed our stay. '
