'Hele prettige ligging, net buiten Takayama. Zeer nette sanitair, ruime kamers en veel voorzieningen in de keuken. Wij zijn er drie nachten geweest (juli '24) en elke ochtend stond er een schaaltje met snoeptomaatjes uit eigen tuin, top!'

'Great location, walkable to both the train station and the old town. Very friendly staff, very well equipped kitchen. Our room was clean and the shower facility was acceptable. If you're unlucky to get a room near the common areas, the doors are made of paper so you can hear everything. '

'Comme toute auberge de jeunesse, c'est plutôt petit. Mais c'est propre, les douches, les chambres et la cuisine sont bien pensés même s'il n'y a qu'une seule table pour 4 personnes en tout pour manger. Les consignes pour les bagages sont gratuites (on récupère la pièce en même temps que la valise) Il n'y a pas d'espace commun donc on s'ennuie, on ne peut pas se poser pour bouquiner, boire un verre, discuter, jouer aux cartes, etc. C'est chacun chez soi dans son lit.'

'De kamers zijn krap (wisten we vooraf), het bed erg hard en de kussens niet helemaal fris. De badkamer erg krap en wat schimmel randjes. Echt hostel stijl, maar daardoor vond ik het wat te duur voor wat je krijgt. Daarentegen was het personeel zo ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam dat het heel veel goed maakte. De ligging is ook perfect.'
